St. Luke’s East Hospital was seeking to expand their new Flex Care Facility in order to accommodate long-term and short-term stays, while also being an overflow space for the existing emergency department.

LMH Health sought MEP systems for a new USP 797-compliant pharmacy. This included integrating a new dedicated AHU specifically for the compounding pharmacy.

City Barrel Brewery sought new restaurant systems that didn’t compromise the aesthetic of the building or the adjacent tenants.

5BY5 provided MEP design for this award-winning building which has two main areas: the front-of-house tasting room and back of house brewery/warehouse.
