5BY5 was tasked with replacing the MEP systems in a historic 2-story building in the Crossroads district of Kansas City, MO.

LMH Health engaged 5BY5 Engineers in replacing their existing AHU-7 with 2 units that can back-feed one another in the event of failure or maintenance shutdowns.

Children’s Mercy Hospital was looking for increased reliability, easier maintenance, and redundancy in the air distribution system serving their inpatient tower.
