As the Project Coordinator and Office Manager for 5BY5 Engineers, Briana Carrillo acts as the backbone of our team with her role includeing project management, employee onboarding and offboarding, recruiting, and being the team liaison for our 3rd party business partners among others duties.

She joins the 5BY5 team with many years of experience in project management, having been a research specialist involved in managing confidential projects, where she worked closely with her Executive Leadership Team, and delivered tailored results across departments.

With an M.A. and B.A. in Communication Studies from Kansas State University, Briana's expertise lies in driving organizational efficiency and ensuring smooth operations across various functions.

What Briana enjoys most about working at 5BY5 Engineers is being part of a "small but mighty" team, where collaboration and efficiency are key. As a project manager, her natural inclination towards organization and her constant pursuit of more efficient ways of working make this role a perfect fit for her.

Outside of her day to day activities, she enjoys sitting in nature, drinking coffee and reading a good book.
